We are an intentionally small family medicine clinic in Salem, Oregon, providing primary health care services to people of all ages.
And we are proud to be the smallest clinic recognized by the state of Oregon as a 5 STAR Patient-Centered Primary Care Home.
We also offer Direct Primary Care services through EverMedDPC.com.
For your convenience and the safety of all of our clients most appointments are via easy video telemedicine.
In-person appointments are available when medically necessary.
When in-person appointments are needed please limit guests to necessary caregivers and interpreters.
Masks are required for all people over age 2 who can wear them safely. Please request accommodation if you are unable to wear a mask.
Windows and doors are open if possible to facilitate ventilation, and sanitization of surfaces occurs after each client visit.
Long-term relationships between doctors and patients build trust and lead to better health outcomes.
Being a small clinic enables us to provide this kind of care.
Health improves when doctors and patients spend time together.
We make it a priority to stay connected to our patients. And when you call a real person will assist you.
Preventive services and timely care help prevent medical conditions that are more serious and more complicated to treat.
We will work with you to keep you as healthy as possible.
